Our hourly rate is $150 for one-time cleanings, move-in/move-out cleanings, and deep cleanings.

Once you become a recurring customer, starting with your second service, your pricing will switch to a flat rate. That flat rate will remain the same for all future visits.

All rental properties and Airbnb properties are also maintained at a consistent flat rate after the initial service.
